Yarn punched through a backing cloth with a tufting gun, hand-sheared and finished. Faster to produce than hand-knotted, with excellent pattern fidelity. The right choice for large-format lobby rugs, custom shapes, and logo or medallion pieces where timeline matters.

How a Custom Rug Gets Made

From brief to finished piece

Brief & Inspiration

Share a sketch, mood board, brand motif, or an existing design to adapt. We confirm size, shape, and colourway direction.

Design & CAD

Rendered to scale with colourway options for sign-off before production begins. CAD gets the proportions right, but it does not replace a physical sample.

Physical Sample

Required, not optional. A tufted or woven swatch is produced for your approval. True colour and texture can only be confirmed in hand, not on screen.

Weaving & QC

Once the sample is approved, the rug is made, trimmed, and quality-checked against that approved sample: pile, colourway, and finish all verified.

Delivered to Site

Sized and finished for the space it was designed for. Delivered on schedule with full documentation. Pan-India delivery.
